The interior and materials in the lower is the same as in apartments and one the 1 st floor you will find a lovely bathroom with a wall-mounted toilet, a sink and a shower cabin and last but not least – a view of the ocean.

What makes a penthouse special is the 70 m2 large roof terrace where you have an amazing unspoiled view of the ocean. Under a pent roof you will find an outdoor kitchen with a marble tabletop, a sink, closet space and a refrigerator.
